How do I enroll my student at Otsego?
Please see our Enrollment Page. You will need to use Final Forms, and ALL forms must be completed.
How do I adjust my child's dismissal plans?
You must call the office for any dismissal changes. DO NOT email the teacher--they do not always have access to email through the day.
Are there any sports or activities for my elementary student?
Keep an eye out on Mrs. Baughman's weekly principal update. The athletics page will also be updated with available opportunities.
How do I see my child's attendance and grades?
Attendance and grades can both be accessed from PowerSchool. The PowerSchool Parent Portal can be linked for parents with more than one child. For initial access, contact the elementary office. More information can be found on our PowerSchool page of the website.
Will my student be marked truant?
The ONLY absences that will not count towards truancy absences are those with a doctor's note. Truancy guidelines are as follows:
30 hours absent - Parent/Guardian Notification
60 hours absent - Second Parent/Guardian Notification; Any further absences coded as truant
72 hours absent - Attendance Intervention Team (AIT) Administrator will contact parents to set up a meeting; Truancy filed upon recommendation of the AIT
