Parent-Teacher Conferences

Parent-Teacher Conferences provide an important opportunity for families and teachers to connect about student progress, goals, and ways to support learning at home. We encourage all parents and guardians to attend and take part in these valuable conversations. 

Conferences will be held:
Wednesday, November 5, 2025 - 4:00pm-8:00pm
Thursday, November 6, 2025 - 10:00am - 8:00pm
**Please note: Students will have school Wednesday the 5th, but do NOT have school on Thursday the 6th.

To schedule conferences: 

  1. Visit ptcfast.com/schools/Otsego.
  2. Select your child's homeroom teacher(s) and click "Submit."
  3. Follow the prompts on PTCFast. Enter and confirm your email address to select a time.
  4. Click the link in the email to choose conference times. 
  5. Click "Confirm Selection(s) and Exit" at the bottom of the page.
  6. Your appointment times and email reminders will be sent to you.

**You can schedule conferences through October 31, 2025. After October 31, please call the elementary office, or contact your child's teacher directly.
