Eligibility:

• Students must turn 3 years old on or before August 15 of the school year they are enrolling, and be completely potty-trained (unless on an IEP).
• Students may only attend 2 days per week.

Fees and Tuition:

• Tuition is based on a sliding scale. Full pay tuition is $27 per day.
• Free or reduced tuition is available only for students living in the Otsego School District.
  • Out-of-district students may attend if spots are available but will be charged the full cost.

• Certified Birth Certificate
• Immunization Records
• Custody Papers (if applicable)
• Physical and immunization records along with dental forms are not due until August for new students
• Payment, day of registration
• $210 for the deposit to hold your child's place + $50 supply fee, $260 total

• Tuition contract & income verification (if applicable for free/reduced rate) must be received by March 31st.
• Deposit ($210) & Registration Fee ($50) is needed by March 13 to hold your child's spot.
• Make check payable to Otsego BOE or you can call the office to make a credit card payment.

• Follows the Early Learning and Development Standards adopted through the Ohio Department of Education and Department of Children and Youth.
• Certified teachers with low student-to-teacher ratios.
• Access to school facilities, assemblies, movement activities, recess, special visitors, and more.
• Option to purchase school lunches.
